Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make financial transactions. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at studya.support911@gmail.com.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Limited License

All videos, curriculum texts, diagrams, eBooks, and proprietary code assets provided on Studya are the exclusive intellectual property of Studya EdTech and its content creators, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchasing course modules or eBooks, you are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and view the purchased content for your own learning.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording, downloading, ripping, or redistributing course videos.
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or reselling access.
• Publishing, syndicating, or selling our eBook files or code repositories on torrent sites, file-sharing services, or social networks.

4. Modular Pricing, Upgrades & Payments

Courses are offered on a flexible modular unlock basis (₹100 per module). When upgrading from an existing module level (e.g. from 3 modules to 5 modules), you are charged strictly for the newly unlocked module delta (2 modules × ₹100 = ₹200).

All digital transactions are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. You authorize Cashfree and our Platform to charge your selected payment method for the exact amount specified at checkout.

Refunds are strictly governed by our standalone Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Studya Coins (Promotional Credits)

Studya Coins are internal, non-monetary promotional credits provided for platform rewards and buyer cashback (1 Coin = ₹1 equivalent towards course or eBook enrollments).

• Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn to a bank/UPI account.
• Coins can strictly only be used to purchase courses and eBooks directly in the Studya catalog.
• Studya reserves the right to audit, modify, or revoke fraudulently acquired coins.

6. Refer & Earn Affiliate Guidelines

Users can earn a 71% referral commission when someone enrolls via their unique referral link, and the referred student receives 11% Studya Coins cashback.

• Strict Ownership Prerequisite: You may only refer and earn commissions on course modules that you currently own on your account.
• No Self-Referrals: Creating secondary accounts to refer yourself, manipulate checkout discounts, or extract arbitrage is strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of ledger balances.
• No Spamming: You may not broadcast referral links via unsolicited mass email (spam), misleading ad copy, or deceptive claims.
• Withdrawal Threshold: Real cash earnings may be withdrawn to your verified UPI ID once your withdrawable ledger balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₹100.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Studya EdTech and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, career outcomes, or business interruption arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Studya in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
